Andrew Saikaley is a third-generation entrepreneur and co-founder of Everyday Exits with experience as both an owner and investor. Having started, acquired, and sold multiple businesses and worked on 50+ transactions, he brings a calm, transparent approach focused on clear communication and well-executed outcomes.
Pratik Mehta is a CPA who has scaled and exited businesses of his own. With 18 years across accounting & tax, transaction and M&A advisory, and time as a C-suite executive, he works with owner-led companies in the lower middle market, bringing technical depth and the perspective of someone who has sat on the seller’s side of the table.

Matthew Hoar is a CPA and senior finance leader with experience raising over $350M in private equity and supporting high-growth companies through key transitions. With a background spanning Deloitte, Flow Water, and multiple scaling businesses, he brings a pragmatic, detail-driven approach to unlocking value and guiding strategic growth.
Nik Topolovec is an entrepreneur, operator, and investor with 15+ years of experience building, acquiring, and exiting businesses across multiple industries. Having led acquisitions and completed three exits, he brings hands-on insight, creative thinking, and M&A expertise to help businesses grow, evolve, and exit well.
